How to return your wall art
We trust you will be happy with your purchase, if for any reason the Goods are not to your satisfaction please notify us and request a returns form within 7 working days of receiving your item. If the Buyer fails to do so the Buyer shall be deemed to have accepted the Goods. The Buyer shall inspect the Goods immediately upon receipt and shall notify the Seller within 7 working days of delivery confirming in writing if the Goods are damaged or incorrect.
Items which have been damaged or the incorrect item received if returned within the 7 day period will either be refunded or exchanged. Any return postage fees will be refunded back to the buyer.
Items which are not damaged or incorrect can be returned within 30 days of the purchase date. On such returns an exchange or company credit note will be issued to the value of the item. Postage fees will not be refunded by the seller for such returns.
A 10% restocking fee maybe charged at our discretion dependant on the return or when a refund is issued.
