What are wall stickers and wall decals?
Our wall stickers are made from the best quality, low tac vinyl. Our decals will instantly transform any room by adding colour and style. Simple to apply in minutes, all of our kits include full instructions and are easily removable.

Will they stick to my walls?
Our wall stickers require a smooth flat surface. They are best stuck to plastered/painted walls. We would not recommend applying our products to highly textured walls or wallpapers.  

I really want a certain sticker, although I require extra parts?
If you would like to contact us before you place your order, we can advise you how to pay for any extra pieces you may require.

I can not decide on a colour?
If you are unsure about our colours, we would be happy to send you a FREE colour sample, all you have to do is ask.

Are your wall stickers easily to apply?
Yes. All our designs take into consideration the application stage. We ensure our designs are split into manageable sections to make applying your stickers a breeze. We also provide full instructions with your wall stickers to make sure you get the best result. If you are still unsure of how to apply your sticker, check out our fitting videos.

Can I return my wall sticker if I am unhappy with it?
Yes, if you are not satisfied with your sticker, you can return it within 7 days of receipt. However, we can only exchange your item as all our decals are handmade to order and therefore are non-refundable. If your sticker is damaged upon delivery, please return it in the same condition and we will send you a new sticker upon receipt. Any bespoke items are non-exchangable and non-refundable.

Can you make a specific sticker size for me?
Yes, please e-mail us before making an order and we can certainly try to accommodate you.

Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we do. Simply use our shipping calculator located in 'My Basket'.

I have just placed my order, how long before I receive my stickers?
We try to process your orders as swiftly as possible, however, there may be a small lead time as all of our products are handmade in the UK. For UK orders please allow 3-5 working days for your order to get to you. Overseas orders will depend on location, this can range from 7-14 working days.

Fitting and Removal FAQ's

Will they stick to my walls?
Our wall stickers require a smooth flat surface. They are best stuck to plastered/painted walls. We would not recommend applying our products to highly textured walls or wallpapers.  

Are your wall stickers easily to apply?

I have just painted my walls, how long should I wait before applying my sticker?
It is recommended to wait at least 3 weeks after freshly painting walls before you apply our stickers. This is due to the way paint drys on your walls.

Can I take them down or reposition them somewhere else?
Our stickers are removable, but not repositionable. As they are built to last they use a good quality adhesive which means that when you remove them they tend to stretch out of shape and will need to be discarded. This of course makes it easy to take one down and replace it with a new design should you ever feel the need for a change after a few years. Sometimes, simple designs such as circles can be removed without damage and repositioned.

Are they easy to remove?
Yes, if you wish to remove your wall sticker, simply apply heat with a hairdryer, this reduces the stickiness of the vinyl, making it much easier to remove.
