If the Buyer fails to do so the Buyer shall be deemed to have accepted the Goods. The Buyer shall inspect the Goods immediately upon receipt and shall notify the Seller within 7 working days of delivery confirming in writing if the Goods are damaged or incorrect.
Items which have been damaged or the incorrect item received if returned within the 7 day period will either be refunded or exchanged. Any return postage fees will be refunded back to the buyer.
